Smith & Williamson is unique among Aim advisers. We have been closely involved with Aim since its inception in 1995 and were one of the first nominated advisers (Nomad) to companies seeking an Aim listing.

We also act as broker and reporting accountant, auditor and tax adviser, and provide specialist innovative advice on share option valuations, management incentive schemes, corporate valuations and conversion to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
