Duties:

  • Provide IT software support to the Smith & Williamson user community, primarily in the investment and banking areas
  • Provide training and documentation on the software employed in the investment and banking areas
  • Liaise with the documentation analyst to create and maintain user documentation on internal and external software supported by the Department
  • Test software releases for internal and external software

Experience / Qualifications:

  • Strong experience of IT Helpdesk and User support
  • Educated to A Level standard
  • Background in investment and banking software ideal but not essential
  • Good understanding of the MS Office and other standard software used
  • Good interpersonal skills
