Duties:
- Provide IT software support to the Smith & Williamson user community, primarily in the investment and banking areas
- Provide training and documentation on the software employed in the investment and banking areas
- Liaise with the documentation analyst to create and maintain user documentation on internal and external software supported by the Department
- Test software releases for internal and external software
Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong experience of IT Helpdesk and User support
- Educated to A Level standard
- Background in investment and banking software ideal but not essential
- Good understanding of the MS Office and other standard software used
- Good interpersonal skills
