Our own in-house broking function provides a service for smaller projects. For larger and more specialist projects we provide an advisory-led service.
In these circumstances we:
- manage the broking process
- locate brokers with specialist sector experience or those with relevant overseas contacts
- manage the process to control price and aim to ensure on-time delivery
