Our experience and expertise
We tend to deal with small to medium sized enterprises. However, we find our services are being used more and more by larger employers.
In addition to "core" services, we have considerable experience of advising employers and trustees in regard to compromise agreements when winding up defined benefit/final salary schemes.
We can also demonstrate expertise in advising individual members of defined benefit/final salary schemes in relation to "enhanced" transfer value negotiations. This is a particularly sensitive area in which to practice but one in which we feel comfortable.
