Ian Cooper, Partner, Smith & Williamson, specialises in the provision of audit, risk management and related services to professional practices, quoted clients and larger owner managed businesses.
James Frost, Aon Limited has in excess of 20 years experience as an Insurance broker. For the last 7 years he has specialised in providing insurance solutions to the professional sector with Aon Professional Risks.
Tim Pyper, Partner, TLT Solicitors. His prime focus is corporate work and he has particular expertise in the structure of businesses; partnership, limited liability partnership, companies, shareholder and joint venture agreements.
Linda Shirvani, Companies House has worked for Companies house for 16 years and has been a member of the Limited Liability Partnerships team since 2001. Linda specialises in birth, life and death of Limited Liability Partnerships.
Richard Bunker, Partner, Smith & Williamson has specialised in tax throughout his career and has vast experience in a wide range of tax issues. Richard deals primarily with high net worth individuals, professional practices, family companies and their owners, especially dealing with capital taxes, trusts, retirement and succession planning.
