Our personal injury team is dedicated to providing a service that is efficient and flexible to fit the needs of the instructing parties, whether they be acting for the claimant, defendant or on a single joint basis.
We are happy to undertake an initial assessment of any claim, the cost of which will only become chargeable if we are subsequently instructed. If we are not instructed, we will return the documentation provided without charge.
If we consider our involvement would add value to a case, we can advise whether it would be more suitable to prepare calculations along with a letter of advice for use in negotiations, or a full CPR compliant report for use in Court proceedings.
Our personal injury experience
We have experience of giving evidence in court and in arbitrations as well as attending and assisting at mediations. We can provide estimates of costs and work to pre-agreed budgets and timetables, keeping those who instruct us fully aware of our progress throughout the course of each case
We act as experts in cases including:
- loss of earnings to the employed individual in complex cases where career progression through ranks is likely, such as in the Army, NHS, Police or Teaching professions
- loss of employee benefits, such as car, private health insurance or share scheme benefits
- loss of pension in Final Salary schemes
- loss of earnings to the self-employed
