Fund administration

Through our subsidiary Smith & Williamson Fund Administration Limited (SWFAL) we are the authorised fund manager (AFM) for open ended investment companies (OEICs) and authorised unit trusts (AUTs).  Similarly, we are also able to act as the management company/regulated operator for other collective investment schemes.

We are able to act on behalf of individuals or groups wishing to set up either stand alone or umbrella structures investing in a range of investments. 

We can also act as a third party administrator for AFMs who do not have in-house administration systems and who require pricing and valuation, accounting, taxation and registration services.
