Senior promotion within assurance & business services
17th January 2008Smith & Williamson has promoted Natasha Lee to director within the assurance & business services department.
Based in the City office, Natasha provides audit and assurance services to a range of corporate clients, specialising in the financial services sector, property and media-related businesses. She also has international experience and advises various Aim-listed corporate clients, as well as acting as reporting accountant for companies seeking admission to Aim.
"When I joined Smith & Williamson as a graduate, one of the main draws was the international reach of the firm," said Natasha. "Through the company's membership of Nexia International, a network of accounting and consulting firms, I was able to take a three-month secondment to Australia in the early part of my career. Since then I've had the opportunity to work on a global stage, advising a new generation of dynamic, growth companies."
Natasha's other areas of expertise include assisting companies in their transition from UK GAAP to International Financial Reporting Standards and due diligence investigations on acquisitions.

Natasha is a graduate in Accounting and Business Finance from London Guildhall University.
