Piper Private Equity makes an investment in Justin Craig, the revision tuition specialist

Piper Private Equity, the specialist investor in consumer branded businesses, has made an investment into Justin Craig Education, one of the UK's leading and best established providers of specialist GCSE, AS and A2 revision courses. 

Justin Craig, founded over 25 years ago, now operates from 13 centres in the UK.  Its courses run over the Easter holidays, May half-term and during weekends. 

George Adams, who led the deal for Piper, stated "We were particularly impressed by Justin Craig's outstanding reputation amongst parents, schools and most importantly students."  He further commented "Smith & Williamson generated this exciting off-market opportunity for Piper and efficiently helped us execute it."
