Latest success in selling Valvecare Engineering Ltd

Smith & Williamson, as lead adviser to the vending shareholders, is pleased to announce that Valvecare Engineering Ltd "Valvecare" has been sold to Denholm Oilfield Services. Denholm Oilfield Services is part of the Glasgow based J&J Denholm Group, which has interests in shipping, logistics, seafoods, industrial services and oilfield services. 

Valvecare is a specialist valve management and valve refurbishment company providing high quality service and support to the oil and gas and the power generation industries.
