New seminars to improve employee benefits and people management

30th January 2009

Smith & Williamson announces further complimentary events, with an even broader range of topics relevant to people responsible for benefits programmes and human resources.

The seminars are aimed at a variety of audiences and topics range from best practice for managing redundancies to stress management and enhancing employee well-being. The workshops are free to attend. A variety of experts, from Smith & Williamson and partner organisations, will speak at the workshops.

Peter Maher, Director of Smith & Williamson's Employee Benefits division said, "The events are run as practical workshops for a small group rather than large events that just provide a one-way flow of information - feedback on our format and content has been very positive, hence these new workshops. There's a broad selection of subjects, but the one thing they all have in common is that they deal with issues that impact the bottom line, one way or another - that's important given the present economic climate"
