Smith & Williamson advised on the Acquisition of ATCO Consulting by hurleypalmerflatt

ATCO Consulting, a building services engineering business based in Glasgow, has been acquired by hurleypalmerflatt, a leading multi-disciplinary international engineering consultancy that provides quality solutions to many FTSE 100 companies. The acquisition will further broaden hurleypalmerflatt's scope of services and existing regional presence in Scotland.
