Lynnette Bober wins Rising Star award at the 2009 LexisNexis Taxation Awards

On 21 May 2009 Lynnette Bober, National tax consultant at the accountancy and financial services group, won the Rising Star award at the 2009 LexisNexis Taxation Awards. 

The Taxation Awards are now in their ninth year and acknowledge excellence in tax service and achievement. The Rising Star category was introduced this year.  As well as noting the contribution Lynnette makes to Smith & Williamson, the judges referred to Lynnette’s work on behalf of the ICAEW Tax Faculty and her role in establishing and running Tax Club.   

Lynnette said: ‘I am delighted to receive this award.’

Smith & Williamson’s VAT team was also a finalist for the Best VAT Team award.
