Audit and SAR review
Audit and Solicitors' Accounts Rules (SAR) reviews are provided by Nexia Smith & Williamson. Nexia Smith & Williamson is an independent company which works alongside Smith & Williamson to provide audit services to complement the specialist financial advisory services provided by Smith & Williamson.
Partnership and partner tax compliance
We assist with the preparation of both partnership and partners' personal tax returns, along with VAT and PAYE/NI healthchecks. We also deal with any resulting enquiries from HM Revenue & Customs.
We adopt a rigorous approach to tax compliance whilst seeking to identify key areas of tax risk and opportunities to minimise liabilities. As part of the service provided, we recommend regular update meetings.
