Registered providers of social housing

Our social housing team advise over 100 registered providers of social housing (RPs) and related organisations. In addition to the traditional assurance work of external audit, the team delivers a wide range of consultancy advice, drawing support from other specialists within Smith & Williamson as necessary. We also have a substantial and expanding people management business.

We provide a co-ordinated premier service that aims to support clients by encouraging close communication and the use of Smith & Williamson as a 'sounding board' for new initiatives.
