Angus is Head of Distribution for Smith & Williamson Investment Management tasked with promoting the Smith & Williamson range of investment funds to professional advisers.

Angus joined Smith & Williamson in January 2007 and has 20 years experience in retail financial services having held various positions in the fund management industry and in the life and pensions industry. Angus entered the financial services industry after six years in the Army.

He has in turn been an independent financial adviser, a sales director for retail fund management groups, head of investment sales for Skandia Life responsible for all investment communication and laterally sales director for a multi-manager fund manager.
