Andrew acts for a wide range of medium and large owner managed
corporate clients. He specialises in providing assurance, accounting and
general financial advice.

His client portfolio includes companies in the leisure, media, retail and
financial services sector. In addition to owner managed corporate clients
Andrew has specific expertise acting for professional partnerships and AIM
listed corporate clients. He also undertakes Solicitor Accounts Rules audits, due diligence and investigation work.

Recent experience includes the provision of accounting support on
acquisitions and disposals, acting as the Reporting Accountant on a number
of new AIM listings and advising on the accounting implications for several
group reorganisations.

Andrew joined Smith & Williamson as a graduate from Southampton
University in 1994. Since qualification he has spent time in Paris, as part of
a major corporate transaction and in Australia on secondment.
