Andrew is a member of the board. As the group’s Chief Operating Officer he has direct responsibility for IT, facilities and operational risk. Prior to being Chief Operating Officer he was a partner in the Corporate Finance department.
Andrew joined Smith & Williamson in 1987 from 3i plc where he spent 12 years, latterly as an investment director in 3i's City office.
