Graham has specialised in forensic accounting since 1998 and has extensive experience in the following areas:
- Fraud and financial investigations
- Regulatory investigations
- Completion accounts disputes
- Commercial disputes
Graham has acted as the expert accountant to a large multi-national organisation during investigations into claims for business interruption by Middle East banks. He has also heard evidence in relation to an earn-out dispute as part of an expert determination assignment.
As well leading financial investigations, Graham advises on strengthening internal controls and provides fraud awareness training.
Graham’s practice has taken him into Europe and the Middle East including Ireland, Switzerland, Russia and Kuwait as well as performing investigations on behalf of the SEC and Department of Justice in the United States.
In relation to commercial disputes, Graham has experience of preparing reports for the High Court and Arbitration. In addition, Graham prepares submissions for Expert Determinations and advises clients during negotiated settlements.
