Natasha is head of our Financial Services & Markets Group that co-ordinates the provision of services to Smith & Williamson's FSA regulated clients. Natasha acts as lead director and adviser to a significant number of FSA regulated firms and has considerable expertise in advising on the impact of recent regulatory changes, new applications to the FSA and performing investigative accounting assignments on regulated businesses.

Natasha is also head of Smith & Williamson's Financial Services Technical Group, which ensure staff stay technically up to date with the FSA regulatory regime. Natasha is also a member of Smith & Williamson's Private Equity Group

In addition, Natasha has also acted as reporting accountant on a number of admissions to Aim and has international experience including South America, India, Hong Kong and China and acts for a variety of Aim-listed corporate clients, including those in the property and natural resources' sectors.

Her other areas of expertise include assisting a variety of companies in their transition from UK GAAP to IFRS and due diligence investigations on acquisitions.
