Mark Lord

Mark qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and, after an industrial secondment joined the corporate finance team of Smith & Williamson in 1990.

Mark has particular experience in acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, finance-raising and due diligence for small and medium sized owner-managed businesses.  He has advised clients in a range of industries including food distribution, consumer goods, support services and transport. He is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications team.
