Ian has over 20 years experience within the field of employee benefits provision gained at leading insurance companies, pension advisers and actuarial consultants.

Ian joined Smith & Williamson in 2001 and deals with all aspects of employee benefits provision including occupational and personal pensions as well as risk benefits. He is a strong advocate of flexible benefits and the use of technology in the communication of employee benefit packages.
