Tim is national head of the corporate tax division.  He specialises in advising:

• financial services businesses and funds
• property investment and development companies
• retail clients.

In particular, Tim specialises in establishment of investment funds including advising on the Reporting Fund regime, setting up investment management structures and exit planning for investment managers. He also has experience advising on the tax efficient structure of property investment and property development purchases and disposals.

Tim is a member of the firm's Financial Services & Markets Group.  He is also a member of the ICAEW, Chartered Institute of Taxation and the tax committee of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers and Stockbrokers.
