Stuart joined from Deloitte Corporate Finance in 2004 and now manages the London M&A team.

Stuart’s deal experience includes disposals, buyouts, acquisitions, capital raisings and strategic advice. He has worked in a variety of sectors including support services, manufacturing, leisure, IT and healthcare.

Stuart is responsible for Smith & Williamson's relationship with the M&A international network.
