Tim Moore

Tim joined Smith & Williamson in 2006 after previously working at 3i as a director where he was a member of the LMBO (Large Management Buy-Out) Board, supervising a portfolio of 150 investments valued at c.£1.5 billion.

Tim has extensive experience of advising on both private and public mid-market transactions. He has completed numerous cross-border transactions with mostly US and European counterparties and specialises in mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the firm's Technology, Media & Telecommunications team.
