Dave Mouncey

Dave is a tax partner with the firm's Corporate Enterprise Group and moved to the firm in 1994. He advises a diverse range of corporate clients on both tax compliance and consultancy matters and is involved in all aspects of international tax planning.

He has extensive experience in advising on tax matters relating to corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and management buy outs.

Dave also advises on employee share schemes including Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes.
