Matthew qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000 with PwC and in 2001 joined the Corporate Finance department where he has worked on a diverse range of projects including acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, finance-raising, due diligence and public to private transactions.

Matthew has been responsible for undertaking and project managing a number of transactions and in recent years has been involved in strategic advisory work for small to medium sized enterprises with particular experience of clients in the farming and food industry.
