Matthew Pearson

Matthew qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and joined the Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance department in 2001 where he has worked on a diverse range of projects including acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts, finance-raising, due diligence and public to private transactions.

Matthew project manages transactions for clients and is involved in providing strategic advice to medium sized enterprises with particular experience of clients in the food and agriculture and transport sectors.
