Andy Pedrette

Andy Pedrette has advised clients on private company acquisitions and sales, public offers, MBOs, venture capital and debt fundraisings. For quoted companies, he has acted on admissions to the Official List, Class 1 transactions and AIM admissions.

Andy qualified with Arthur Andersen, joined Smith & Williamson in 1997 and was appointed director in 2003. He is a member of the Property Sector team and has been involved in large fundraisings for clients in this sector.
