Amanda began her career in corporate banking 15 years ago, rapidly moving to the City to specialise in Syndication and Structured Finance advising blue chip companies within Europe, the Far East and North America on their fund raising, travelling extensively on behalf of her clients.

After a period with BDO Amanda joined Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance in Southampton in 2003 and has since then continued to advise medium sized, owner managed companies on all aspects of corporate structuring and strategy, management buy-outs and buy-ins, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

She specialises in giving her clients an exceptionally high standard of advice and support. Recent successful assignments include strategic advice to a complex family owned leisure and property business, providing advice and valuation services to a client acquiring in the food sector and disposing of a direct retailing business.
