Jonathan leads our services to registered providers of social housing (RPs). For over 20 years he has specialised in this sector, firstly with Deloitte & Touche and since 1993 with Smith & Williamson.

The range of services that he has provided is extensive, including external and internal audit, business plan validation, strategic advice, risk management, merger advice and a variety of ad hoc projects.

He has presented seminars on RP issues on numerous occasions, including to NHF finance conferences, the Institute of Bankers, various Boards and Audit Committees of registered providers of social housing. He is also a regular presenter at the programme of RP-specific seminars run by Smith & Williamson.

He is a member of the SORP working party and Chair of the ICAEW's Social Housing sub-committee.

Jonathan has also written a number of articles for Social Housing and Tolley's Audit Briefing. He is a member of its Executive Board.
