Nick Reeve

Nick has specialised in corporate finance since 1987, and whilst maintaining his general client portfolio, has been lead director in many corporate finance assignments.

These include MBOs, venture capital financing, business expansion schemes and offers for sale, and a variety of capital markets transactions. He is a member of the Capital Markets team and has led and advises a number of AIM listed companies as Nomad.

Nick is also an experienced expert witness and has presented his evidence in court in support of the firm's specialist forensic team.
