James Riddiough works closely with Ian Burns. He worked at Deutsche Bank and PwC, specialising in corporate finance and valuation advice to telecoms and new media businesses, before joining Smith & Williamson. He has also provided due diligence, accounting and acquisition support, and restructuring advice to a wide variety of private companies, venture funds and multinationals. In addition, James was involved in litigation support and arbitration advice for several high profile cases in those industries. James is also fluent in four languages.
