Julia head’s a team which provides trustee services via Smith & Williamson Trust Corporation for Employee Benefit Trusts and company pension schemes, together with consultancy and administration services for company pension schemes primarily in wind up.

In particular the team provides advice to trustees and employees on setting members benefits via appropriate contracts on the wind up of company pension schemes.

The team is proficient in the administration of Employee Benefit Trust’s, servicing a number of international clients. Effective and efficient administration and consultancy advice is also provided on the winding up of company pension schemes and all aspects relating to pensions and insolvency including direct advice to insolvency practitioners. The versatility of the team Julia leads and its experience in this niche area enables it to act commercially and meet the varying requirements of clients.

Julia joined Smith & Williamson in 1994 and has since focused her time on pensions and insolvency and trustee services.
