With over 20 years of experience, Henry has dealt with many corporate restructuring and insolvencies across a very broad range of industries, with specific expertise in;
- Property (both development and investment)
- Hotels and licensed premises
- Healthcare
- Child nurseries and schools
- Motor dealerships
Henry is currently the joint administrator of a private equity fund of the Kaupthing Bank group, an assignment that has proven to be not only very successful from a creditor perspective but and also extremely interesting and challenging, not to mention legally ground-breaking, for our team.
Henry has many years of experience in working on lender-focused assignments, including those which are financial and/or business review in nature as well as dealing with formal insolvency appointments, including sometimes prolonged administration trading assignments.
