Kevin specialises in providing tax advice on management buy-outs, de-mergers, disposals and acquisitions of companies. His other specific areas of expertise include property companies, unit trusts, investment and financial services companies.
Kevin graduated with an honours degree in economics from the University of East Anglia and qualified as a chartered accountant. He joined Smith & Williamson in 1987.
