Dominic has specialised in corporate finance since 1996 and prior to joining Smith & Williamson was Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for BT Global Services, where he has gained significant experience in the communication and IT Service sectors. He joined BT from 3i plc, where he advised institutionally backed and owner managed companies on their acquisition, growth and exit strategies.

His extensive network across both industry and the corporate finance community encompasses senior executives, private equity, other intermediaries and entrepreneurial groups.
