Roger is a licensed insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant and his work primarily focuses on the Asset Based Lending market. In particular Roger specialises in business rescue and reconstruction, through both formal insolvency procedures and managed restructuring and refinancing. He also has extensive experience of investigation and fraud work on behalf of financial institutions.

Previous experience includes four years working in audit, accounts and investigations and eight years in corporate recovery and restructuring.

Roger is an associate director within the Restructuring & recovery department. He joined the firm in 1996 and works in the Guildford office.
