Simon is Smith & Williamson's senior tax adviser to partnerships and private clients. He is chairman of our national tax committee. He has over 30 years experience specialising in tax planning and general financial advice to partnerships, private clients and their trusts.

Simon is also chairman of our Professional Practices Group and was for many years a member of our Executive Board. Simon is well versed in the complexities of running partnerships and has practical experience of advising on a wide range of matters. He was a founder member of the Committee of the Association of Partnership Practitioners, the editor and a principal author of Tolley's Professional Partnership Handbook and speaks regularly on partnership issues.
