Sharon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax and the Personal Finance Society. 

Sharon works within the private client tax services team. Her experience includes the provision of UK tax advice to high net worth individuals, primarily those regarded as not domiciled in the UK, and as a result she has had exposure to generic US tax matters. 

Sharon has also attained the financial planning certificates and is authorised to advise clients in respect of regulated tax efficient products such as Venture Capital Trusts, Enterprise Investment Schemes and film partnerships. Sharon therefore works closely with the Financial Planning teams. 

Prior to joining Smith & Williamson in December 2005, she worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then spent eight years working at Coutts & Co.
