Stephen is head of audit & business services in the Guildford office and has specialised in advising owner managed businesses through all aspects of their development for the last 20 years. He has also focused on outsourcing, corporate finance and working with UK subsidiaries of foreign groups.

Prior to joining Smith & Williamson, Stephen headed the Guildford office of Moore Stephens following over 10 years building an accountancy and financial services business in Weybridge, Surrey. He also spent some time working in London for a boutique firm after qualifying with BDO Stoy Hayward.
