Roland leads our model development and business plan validation team. Roland has project managed a significant number of business plan validations in the social housing sector. He is Brixx accredited, and has supported private finance initiative bid teams and expert witness assignments.

Roland also specialises in IT consultancy and leads our IT reviews for clients, including many registered providers of social housing (RPs), contributing to risk assessment, evaluation and reporting on IT issues. Roland has been involved in a broad range of assignments including preparation and critical evaluation of IT strategies, project management, software selection, reviews of control environments and value for money evaluations. He has previously been seconded to a major clearing bank to perform financial investigations, and has been involved in various reporting accountant projects and due diligence assignments. 

Roland is a chartered accountant, holds the CF qualification, and is also a certified management consultant. He previously worked in the Business and Computer Services Groups at Ernst & Young.
