Colin Aylott

Colin has worked in tax for 20 years dealing with the taxation affairs of principally corporate clients and partnerships in a range of industry sectors ranging from small entities to large international and listed groups. He has significant experience of dealing with clients in the financial sector.

He has previously worked for 3 of the big 4 accounting firms both in London and outside London. His experience covers all types of corporate tax issues from compliance and tax accounting to planning, for example advising on group structures, acquisitions and disposals, transfer pricing and more general international tax planning.
