Hazel has many years experience of providing tax advice to private clients and their businesses. Before joining Smith & Williamson in March 2009 she worked in London solely with (mainly international) law firms.  She has particular expertise in advising professional practices and their partners in planning to meet their developing needs. Her work includes advising on merger and demerger, expansion, sale, LLP conversion, incorporation, structures involving companies and maintaining equity between partners. She advises partners on personal tax planning matters and will ensure we maintain a holistic approach to planning for the individuals and the LLP.

Tax legislation is increasingly complex. Hazel has a depth of experience in working with firms to maintain their compliance with HMRC’s requirements and dealing with their enquiries.
