Debbie is responsible for a portfolio of corporate and partnership clients including a number of venture capital backed businesses, with whom she has been involved in both pre-investment due diligence and post-completion monitoring. Her experience includes advising both corporate and partnership clients on acquisitions and mergers, ad hoc commercial issues such as property acquisitions, and financial reporting. She has been at Smith & Williamson for over 10 years and is a member of the firm's partnership technical group.
