Inez is the head of Smith & Williamson’s Employment Tax and Incentives team. She has over 20 years experience advising clients across all sectors, from owner managed to international quoted businesses, on all aspects of employee related tax matters.

She specialises in advising on both UK and overseas tax and social security efficient remuneration and benefits. She also has extensive experience in advising on the design and practical aspects of flexible benefit packages including the tax and national insurance treatment of salary sacrifice arrangements.

Inez has participated in several HMRC focus groups and her views have regularly been sought by the press.
