Azhic has particular experience of capital markets, especially IPOs on AIM and listings on the Official List. He also has experience of M&A and fundraisings from private equity sources.

His clients come from a range of sectors, but he has a particular focus in the technology, resource (including O&G), leisure, property and investment funds sectors. Azhic acts for a number of companies listed on AIM and the Official List and is a frequent presenter on the issues surrounding AIM to both clients and the wider business community.

His previous experience includes strategy consulting with The LEK Partnership and corporate finance experience with Kleinwort Benson (now Dresdner Kleinwort) prior to joining Smith & Williamson in January 1991. Azhic is a director within Corporate finance and leads the department’s listed practice.
