Vycon

Vycon is a Californian company that uses new flywheel technology to capture and reuse energy released by a descending lift or dockside crane. The technology also provides rapid response systems for stand-by power, avoiding the need for environmentally unattractive lead-acid batteries.

We acted as nominated adviser to Vycon when the company was admitted to Aim.

Green Dragon

Green Dragon is a Chinese energy company whose activities contribute towards China's need to find cleaner alternatives to coal-fired power stations. Green Dragon captures methane trapped within coal deposits.

We acted as nominated adviser and broker to the company when it was admitted to Aim. Green Dragon is currently the largest Chinese company on Aim.

Evergreen Securities

Evergreen Securities is an Aim-quoted investment company whose strategy is to acquire holdings in clean technology and renewable energy businesses in Europe, North America and Australasia.

We acted as reporting accountant to Evergreen Securities plc when it was admitted to Aim and are ongoing auditors. Simultaneously, the company placed shares and acquired investments in a number of companies within the clean technology sector.

Evergreen Securities has acquired minority stakes, including investments, in Cleantech Group LLC, Carbon Neutral Company Ltd and Waipuna.

Garrad Hassan

Garrad Hassan is based in the UK and operates in 17 countries. It is one of the world's leading, independent advisers on wind generation, working for governments, non-governmental organisations, banks, investors and wind farm operators.

We provide Garrad Hassan with the full range of accountancy services including corporate and personal tax, audit and pension advice.
