Bespoke companies

Bespoke Companies, sometimes referred to as Re-investment Relief companies, are designed for high net worth investors with major capital gains to shelter. These companies, which are wholly-owned by one individual client, provide unlimited CGT deferral as well as the opportunity for IHT exemption, but do not provide Income Tax relief or exemption from future CGT. The minimum investment for this service is £750,000. We offer our bespoke company service in asset-backed trades like pubs or children's nurseries.
