Neil Hickling heads up the restructuring and recovery team which is one of the leading practices in the area covering all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery from Administrations, Liquidations and Corporate Voluntary Arrangements to Bankruptcy and Individual Voluntary Arrangements.  Neil Hickling and his team have many years experience in advising all types of stakeholders from secured lenders, Government departments, creditors, directors and individuals.

The Worcester office is the firm’s national centre for personal insolvency work and there is also a dedicated team dealing with investigations, litigation, fraud and asset tracing work both in the UK and overseas.

In addition, we have a specialist team which offers a dedicated service to over 100 Local Authorities nationally advising them on effective methods of Council Tax and Business Rates recovery and providing training to their staff.
