Neil Hickling heads up the restructuring and recovery team which is one of the leading practices in the area covering all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery from administrations to Individual Voluntary Arrangements and bankruptcy.  The Worcester office is the firm’s national centre for personal insolvency work and there is also a dedicated team dealing with investigations, litigation, fraud and asset tracing work, both in the UK and overseas.  In addition, we have a specialist team that acts for over 100 local authorities nationally offering training and advice to recovery officers.
